HUTCHINSON and ROBERT H. NETHERY(an undivided one-third interest in each grantee)

hereinafter called the grantees:

WITNESSETH; That the grantors, for and in consideration of ~
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof ~
is-hereby acknowledged, hereby grant, barqain, sell, alien, remise, - `
release, convey and confirm unto the qrantees, all that certain land
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:

AND the grantors hereby covenant with said grantees that in
all things in and about this conveyance the grantors have complied
with the powers vested in them under the Trust Agreement dated July 23,
1957, recorded in Deed Book 230, page 480; and that said land is free f
of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31,
