For value received, we promise to pay, without defalca-
tion to the order of G. ALBTRT BLOODWORTii and G.~ERNSST BLOODWORTH, ~
as Trustees, under that certain Trust Agreement dated July 23rd, '
•19~7, and recorded in Deed Book 230 at page 480 of the public
"records of St. Lucie County, Florida, at the ofYice of the payees
~ c/o Cherokee Products Company, Haddock, Georgia, 31003, or at
such other place as may from time to time be desi nated in

Each maker, surety and endorser hereof, ~ointly and {
severally waives demand, presentment, protest and notice of
protest for nonpayment and further agrees to any extension
of time o~ paymeat either before or after maturity, Without
notice to any o~ us; and to pay all costs of collection, including
a reasonable attoraey•s fee ia the event of any default hereunder.
