HUTCHINSON and ROBERT H. NETHERY (an undivided one-third interest in each grantee)

WITNESSETH; That the grantors, for and in consideration of '
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof

release, convey and confirm unto the grantees, all that certain land

with the powers vested in ther.? under the Trust Agreement dated July 23,
1957, recorded in Deed Book 230, page 480; and that said land is free
of all encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31,
