. my Last Will ancl Testament, hereby revoldng and cancelling all Will~. and
~ Codicils by me at any time made.
At the time of the execution _of this Will, my wife, ALTHEA M.
McCOLLUM, and my four children, MALCOLM SIDNEY McCOLLUM,
VIRGINYA NELL McCOLLUM, JOSEPH THOMAS McCOLLUM and SARAH

ALICE McCOLLUM, are living.

ITEM ONE: I desire and instruct that all my just debts actid

funeral expenses and expenses of my last illness and expenses of the
administration of my estate be paid out of my residuary estate by my
Executor hereinafter named as soon as pracacable after my decease

; without inconvenience to my estate. I further desire and instruct that all ~

respect to my estate, whether passing under this Will or otherwise, shall ~
b~ paid out of my residuary estatc as an expense of administration and
without apportionment and shall not be prorated or charged against ar_;~ of
the other gifts of this Will or against aay property not passing under this
Will.
