ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGB
RNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I.UCILLE P. STANLEY,
Eaecutrix and Ancillary Executrix of the Estate of George D.
Stanley, Deceased, party of the first part, in consideration
of the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, received
from or on behalf of GEORGE D. STANLEY, JR., party of the second
part, at or before the ensealing and deliver of these presents,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant,
bargain, sell, assign, transfer and set over unto the said party
of the second part a certain mortgage bearing date the 29th day
of January A.D., 1970 made by WILN~R WHITFIELD and BARBARA
WHITFIELD, his wife in favor of LUCILLE P. STANLEY, Executrix
and Ancillary Executrix of the Estate of George D. Stanley, de-
ceased, and recorded in O. R. Book 182 at page 1647, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, upon the following described
piece or parcel of land, situate and being in said County and
State; to-wit:
Lot 4 of Block 1 of Colonel Goforth's
Subdivision, as per Plat Book 9, page
75 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
Together with the note or obligation described in said mortgage,
and the moneys due and to become due thereon, with interest from
7th day of February, 19?0.
TO AAVE l~ND TO HOLD the same unto the said party of the second ;
part, his heirs, legal representatives, successors and asafgns
forever.
