THIS AGREEMENT, made this llth day of May, 1973, by and
between FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE,
hereinafter called "Mortgagee" and M R DEVELOPMENT C~:i~ANY, INC.,
a Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagor";
WHEREAS, Mortgagee is the awner and holder of a mortgage (and
the promissory note secured thereby) encwnbering real property in
St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follows:
All of Lots R, L and M of INDIAN RIVER MEMORrAL PARR -
SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
10, page 36, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, AND that portion of Lots 8 and 9, Block l,
lying East of North Second Street, in DITTMAR'S
ADDITION TO EDGARTOWN, as per plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 1, page 161,~public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida ~
TOGETHER WITH all structures and imgrovements now or
. hereafter on said land and the fi~ures attached thereto,
and all rents, issuess proceeds and profits accruing and
to accrue from said premises, all of which are included
within the foregoing description and the habendum hereof.
Also, all gas, steam, electric, water and other heating, _
cooking, refrigerating, lighting, plumbing, ventilating,
irrigating, and power systems, machines, appliances,
fixtures and appurtenances which naw or may hereafter
pertain to or be used with, in or on said premises, even
though they be detached ar detachable.
executed by said Mortgagor to Mortgagee, bearing date of May 29,
; 1970, securing $285,000.00 and recorded in O. R. Book ].84, page

~ mortgage and debt secured thereby was the subject of mortgage

~ extension agreement dated June 15, 1972, recorded in O. R. Book

' indebtedness remains in the principal sum of $285,000.00 with
interest paid to and including Apri1 30, 1973; and

WHEREAS, Mortgagor has requested that the maturity of said
