other valuable considerations to it in hand paid, Mortqagee
agrees to and with Mortgagor and Mortgagor promises to pay to the
order of Mortgagee the said principal sum of $285,000.00 with
interest from May 1, 1973 at the rate of 8-1/2$ per annum, in
monthly installments as fol].ows:
$2,474.00 on the first day of June, 1973 and a like sum on
the corresponding day of each month thereafter until the whole
principal sum, with interest, be fully paid. Each installment
shall first be applied in payment of the interest then accrued
and then on the uripaid balance of the principal sum. If default
is made in the payment of any installment when due, and such default
continues thirty (30) days, then at the option of Mortgagee, and ~
without any other notice, all the remaining installments shall
be due and payable at once. Privilege is given to prepay the indebt-
edness in whole or in part at any time without penalty, but any
partial prepay~ent shall be applied toward the last maturing install-
ments. Neither forebearance, nor acceptan~e by the Mortgagee hereof
after default of any payment, shall be deemed extension. A late
payment charge of $123.?0 shall be added to each installment remaining
unpaid seven (7) days after its due date, and a like sum shall
be added to each such.installment remaining unpaid seven (7) days -
after each succeeding payment date.
AND Mortgagor, in further consideration of the extension
hereby granted, does agree to pay said mortgage debt in the manner
