and without notice, all sums of money secured by the mortgage
being extended shall immediately and concurrently with such conveyance

~ become due and payable and in default.
2. If foreclosure proceedings of any second mortgage or
other junior lien of any kind should be instituted, the Mortgagee
may, at its option, immediately or thereafter declare the mortgage
debt due and payable.
3. Upon the occurrence of the filing of an arrangement or
p~oceeding in bankruptcy by or against Mortgagor, initiation of~
insolvency proceedings by or against Mortgagor, or any assignment
by Mortgagor for benefit of Mortgagor's creditors, all the sums
secured by the mortgage extended hereby shall be im~nediately due
and payable at the option of Mortgagee, without notice or demand.
It is mutually understood and agreed that this agreement shall
be obligatory upon the successors and assigns of the respective
parties hereto, and that except as herein modified, all other terms,
conditions, covenants and agreements in said mortgage dated May 29,
1970 and recorded in O. R. Book 184, page 2618 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, and the promissory note secured thereby,
shall remain in full force and effect.
