The undersigned, being all of the stockholders of M K
DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, INC., for value received, do hereby
unconditionally guarantee the payment of the promissory note
executed by M K DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, INC. to FIRST FEDERAL ,
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE, dated May 29, 1970,
in the principal amount of $285,000.00, with interest at 8-1/2$
- per annum in accordance with the terms of repayment thereof ~
set forth in the foregoing mo=tgage extension agreement dated
May 1, 2973 between M K DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, INC. and FIRST
FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE. _
