DEED OF TRUST

By and Between SYDNEY B. DAGGETT, of Stuart, Martin t
County, Florida (hereinafter called the "Settlor"),

GUY McKITTRICK, WILBUR J. SIEBERT and GEORGE PATON;
of Hooker-Ful.ton Building, Bradford, McKean County, Pennsylvania,
(hereinafter called "Trustees"),
WITNESSETH, THAT:
WHEREAS, the Settlor desires to create a revocable
trust for the purposes hereinafter men tioned; and the Trustees
are willing to accept the same;
NOW, TNEREFORE, the Settlor hereby transfers and
deliveres to the Trustees the property shown on Schedule A hereto
attached, together with all the estate, right, title and interest
~ of the Settlor in and to the same,

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said property, together with any
additions thereto and changes therein, (hereinafter referred to
as the "Trust Estate"), in trust, nevertheless, for the following

ARTICLE ONE
The Trustees shall hold, manage, invest and reinvest
