upon the following terms and conditions:
(A) The Trustees shall pay first from "Trust B" to
the personal representative of the Settlor's estate the amount
which said personal representative shall certify as necessary
to supplement the estate in order to pay all death taxes .
accruing by reason of the Settlor's death, debts, specific
legacies and administration expenses. -
~ (B) The Trustee$ sliall distribute the Income and
principal of the rest of "Trust B" as follows:
(1) During the lifetime of the Settlor's husi~and,
George H. Daggett, if he survives her, the Trustees-shall pay
the Income quarter-annually to him or for his benefit and in the
event that the payment of Income from Trust B to him or for his
benefit shall be insufficient in the opinion of the Trustees to ~
provide for the medical care, maintenance and support of said
husband, the Trustees are authorized in their discretion to use
from time to time so much of the principal from "Trust B" as may
! in their opinion~be advisable therefor if the principal of

! "Trust A" shall have been exhausted.
(2) Upon the death of said husband, or upon the
~ Settlor's death if he does not survive her, the principal of the
Trust Estate, together with any accrued or undistributed Income ±
; ~
shall be paid over, transferred and delivered to my children,

; equally. If any of my said children are then deceased who have
