or part interest therein, including, without limitation,
mortgages or mortgage participations, co~mnon stocks,
preferred stocks, bonds, notes, and other securities,
regardless of whether the same are legal investments for
trust funds as now or hereafter defined by Iaw, whether by
statutory enactment, 3udicial decision or otherwise;
Notwithstanding the foregoing, so long as the Settlor
is living and capable of acting, the Trustees shall not
make any sales or purchases without her written consent; -
PROVIDED, however, that if the Trustees shall not have _
received a reply within ten (10) days after mailing their
recommendations to the Settlor at her Iast known address
or if, in the opinion of the Trustees, the exigencies of
the situation are such that i~nediate action is necessary,
the Trustees are authorized to proceed as they deem
advisable, and the Settlor sha11-be promptly advised of
the action taken;
r (6) To manage and operate a11 real estate at any

for such terms and rentals and upon such conditions as the ;
