FIRST AMENDMENT

SYDNEY B. DAGGETT .
WHEREAS the undersigned, SYDNEY B. DAGGETT, of Stuart
Martin County, Florida (hereinafter called the "Settlor") execu-
ted a certain revocable trust agreement dated November 1, 1967

J. Siebert and George Paton as Trustees;~and
WHEREAS the Settlor, in Article V of said Deed of

Trust, reserved the right to alter or amend the indenture at any ;

time by a proper instrument in writing by the Settlor and

delivered to and accepted by the Trustees; and
WHEREAS the Settlor desires to amend the said Deed of -
Trust in certain respects, and the Trustees have signified their
r
_approval of such amendment;
NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to Article V aforesaid, the
! undersigned, SYDNEY B; DAGGETT as the Settlor, hereby amends the
