HomeMy WebLinkAbout1243 of his estate such amount as said personal representative shall certify to be necessary to supplement available funds of his estate in order to pay his funeral expenses, all his debts, all specific legacies under his will, all death taxes accruing by ~ reason of his death, the expenses of administering his estate, and all other claims against his estate. Article III (B) (2), Trust B, is hereby deleted and there is inserted in lieu thereof the following: (2) Upon the death of said husband, or upon the Settlor's deaCh if he does not survive her, the Trustees shall cause to be published a supplemental history of the Daggett family from notes and evidence collected by the Settlor and her husband during their lifetime and the Trustees shall pay out of the principal of the Trust Estate to such persons or agencies as they may deem proper, such sum or sums of money but not to exceed Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars as they shall, i~ their discretion, determine to be reasonable for the purpose of assembling the notes and evidence for a supplemental history of ~ - i ~ the Daggett family and the publication thereof. ! ~ i The above provision shall not apply if the supplemen- ~ - ~ tal history of the Daggett family has been published during the ~ lifetime of the Settl~r or her husband. i j i € Subject to such payment, the principal of the Trust f Estate to ether with an accrued or undistributed income sha~1 ; , g y 3 be paid over, transferred and deiivered to my children, WILLIAM : t i R.
