In oonsideration of the payment to melus by you of $1.00 and other good and valuable oonsideration which
I/we have received, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to you and your wccessors an easement
for the construction, operation and maintenance of electric utility facilities ~including wires, poles, guy~ cables, -
conduits and appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, imprave, add
to, change the size of or remove wch facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of oonduits, wires a-
cables of any other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and unde~growth or other
obstructions that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, are~, upon, under, and across my/our pro- ~
perty de9cribed as follows:
South Port St. Lucie S/D, Unit 5, as in Plat Book 14, Page 12B,•
