REVENTH: If fwecbsure proceedings of any setond mortgoge or second tnnf deed or any junior lien of ooy kind sbould
be irutituted, the Mortgogee moy, ot its option immediately or thereafter declore this mortgege and the indebtedness setvred
hereby due and poyoble. -
TWBFTH; Thot in the event the premises hereby mortgaged, or any port thereof, shall be condemned ond tdken for public
use under the power of eminent domain, the Mortgagee shall hove the right to demand that all damages owarded for the taking ,
of or damages to said premises sholl be paid to the Mo~tgagee, up to the amount the~ unpoid on this mortgage and the obligotion
