The Petition of JAMES L. ROGERS, III, as Executor
of the Estate of JAMES LLOYD ROGERS, JR.,'Deceased, for an
Order of Final Discharge came on this day to be heard; and
it appearing that the Final REturns of said personal representa-
tive have been approved, that an Order of Distribution has been
entered, that distribution has been made in accordance with said
Order and with the law, that ~vidence satisfactory to the under-
signed County Judge that such distribution has been made has been .
filed in this Court, and that the said personal representative is
entitled to an Order of Fina1 Discharge and the Court being
fully advised; ~
IT TS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the said JAMES L.
ROGERS, III, be and he is hereby discharged as Executor of the
Estate of JAMES LLOYD ROGERS, JR., Deceased, and from further
liability in connection with the administration of ~the said
estate.
