Sgooxn.-That, in canpliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, the part y of the first part will
receive the consideratioa for this conveyance and will hdd the right to reoeive such consideration as a trust
fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the oost of the impmvement and~ that the part y of the
i 5rst part will apply the same 6rst to the paymc~nt of the cost of the improvement befort using any part. of
the total of the same for any other purpose.
