BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority personallx appeared t

cording to law, deposes and states the followinq:
1. That I am the Assistant Secretary of Connecticut
General Life Insurance Company, the owrter and holder of that
certain inortqage dated April 5, 1966 and recorded in Official
Records Book 142, Page 456, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida; and that included among my duties are the supervision
of existing mortgage accounts of the Connecticut General Life
Insurance Company and that I have personal knowledge of the
facts herein set forth and am authorized to make this Affidavit.
2. That that certain mortgage dated April 5, 1966 wherein
Florida Maid Citrus Corporation, a Florida corporation, qranted
to Connecticut General Life Insurance Company, a Connecticut
corporation, a first mortgage interest in certain personal
property and chattels more particularly described therein and ~

located on real p~operty more particularly described therein. ~

3. That Connecticut General Life Insurance Company is
the owner and holder of said mortgaqe and the mortgage interest
created thereby. ~
4. That there remains unpaid on said mortgage account the

sum of $ 382,ZO0.oo together with interest thereon at the ~
t
rate of six per cent (6$) per anneua and that as of the date
of this Affidavit the account is current as called for under
~
and pursuant to the terms of said mortgage and note secured ~
thereby. ,
S. That this Affidavit is filed pursuant to Chapter 698.09,
