WE~REAS, parties hereto desire to modify, amend and change some of the
terms and provisions of said Mortgage in order that it may set forth the
true, complete and intended aqreement between the parties:

the parties do hereby agree as follows:
' The first monthly payment is shown to be due on or before the first day
of Januszy, 1973 and the final monthl
y payment is shown to be due .

are desirous o~ amending the first payment due date to June l, 1973
and amending the final payment due date to !'ay l, 1998 at
which time the entire outstanding remaining princi.oal balance shall be paid
