~ terr.is and provisions of said Mortgage in ordez that it may set forth the ~
true, co:~plete and intended agreement between the parties: ~

the parties do hereby agree as follows:
The first monthly payment is-shown to be due on or before the first day '
of January, 1973 and the final monthly payment is shown to be due ;
on or before the f irst day of Deceimberl 1997 , Mortgagors and I.brtgagee ~
are desirous of amendir.g the first payment due date to June 1, 1973 ~
and amendinq the fir.al payment due date to May l, 1998 at ;
