riORTGAGE CO[dPANY', INC., a Florida corporation, nortgaqee and petez Manos
and Ibrothea Manos, hfs wife mortgagors.
1 WI~REAS, t:~e parties hereto under date of Julv 14. 1972 entered unto a
certain mortgage note and mortgage agreement, which was recorded in Official
Record Book 211 , paqe b27 of the Public Records of St. Lucie ~
County, Florida, being described as follows: ;

Wf~REAS, parties hereto desire to modify, amend and change some of the

terms and provisions of said Mortgage in ordez that it may set forth the
true, complete and intended agreement between the parties:
NoW, THE~cFO~E, in consideration of the mutual covenants herein contained
the parties do hereby agree as follows:
~ The first inonthly payment is shown to be due on or before the Eirst day '
of January. 1973 and the final monthly pay~ent is shown to be due
on or before the first day of December, 1997 , rSortgagors and Mortqagee
are desirous of amending the first payment due date to June 1, 1973
and amending the finaZ payment c3ue date to May 1, 1998 at
~
eahich time the entire outstanding remaining principal balance shall be gaid ~
iri full.
Except as hereby expressly modified, all the terms, covenants, conditions
and provisions of the note and r.~ortgage dated ~ulv 14. 1972 , shall
remain in full force and effect.
