TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever.
AND the grantors hereby covenant with said_grantees that in
all things in and about this conveyance the grantors have complied
with the powers vested in them under the Trust Agreement dated July 23,
1957, recorded in Deed Book 230, page 480; and that said land is free
of aIl encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31.
