AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDOi~IIJG THE WESTERLY
SIX (6') FEET OF BLOCK 2, Irt LAFOND SUBDIVISION;
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVF DATE HEREOF.
BE IT ORDAI?JED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF TNE CITY OF FORT PIERCE,
FLORIDA :
SECTION l. From and after the effective date of this Ordinance,
that six (6') feet lying within the ~~esterly boundary of Block 2, LaFond
Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 12 of the PuDlic Records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, and described on said Plat as: "6 feet
Reserved for Alley", be, and the same is hereby closed, vacated and
abandoned.
SECTIO?? 2. This Ordinance shall be and become effective immedia-
tely upon final passa~e.
