MEMORANDUM OF LEASE AND OPTION TO PURCHAS~

RE: That portion of the S 1/2 of the N 1/2 of the SW 1/4 #
of Section 21, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, ~
situate and lying Westerly of State Road #5 (U.S. ~
Highway #1).
W I T N E S S E T H:

_ Fort Pierce Sand and Materials, Inc., a Florida ~
corporation, as Lessor, and Robert M. Mulgrew, as Lessee, ~
did.on the 23rd day of April, 1973, enter into a written
lease agreement whereby Lessee leased the above described
premises from Lessor for a term of ten (10) years with an
option to extend for an additional ten (10) year term ~
all as provided in said written lease agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have
executed this instrument the ~3 PQday of llj9 y , 1973 .
