and thia conveyance is subject to said easement and to iden-
tical easements given by W. W. Carlton to other persons and
appearing among the public records of St. Lucie County, F2orida.
The Grantor hereby grants and conveys to the Grantee the
Grantor's rights under that certain easement for roads and
canals given by W: W. Carlton, et ux, dated the 2nd day of June,
1961 and filed in O. R. Book 11 at page 321 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, to the extent that the same are
appurtenant and beneficial to the property conveyed hereby, and
this conveyance is subject to said easements.
The Grantor hereby grants and conveys to the Grantee the
Grantor's rights under those certain mutual and reciprocal
easements for internal roads and canals, as set forth in instru-
ment executed by J. W. Whitaker, Jr., and others, dated as of
August 1, 1962, filed for record on January 4. 1963, recorded
in Official Records Book 53, page 6I1, St. Lucie County, Florfda,
to the extent that the same are appurtenant and beneficial to the
prope=ty conveyed hereby, and this conveyance is subject to said
easements.
The Grantor hereby grants and conveys to the Grantee the
Grantor's rights under that certain easement for roads and canals
granted by W. W. Carlton on June 20, 1961, recorded in Official
Recor~s Book 12 at page 534 of the public records of St. Lucie
;
County, Florida, to the extent that the same are appurtenant and
beneficial to the property conveyed hereby, and this conveyance
is subject to said easements.
This conveyance is subject to a mortgage given by Colie B.
Whitaker, Jrr and Nina Bell Whitaker, his wife, to the Florida

Bank at Fort Pierce dated November 23, 1971 and filed in Official
Records Book 197 at page 1739. St. Lucie County, Florida, securing
the original principal amount of $100,000.00, bearing interest
from November 23, 1971, at the rate of 7-3/4$ per year payable
