WHEREAS, COLIE 8. WHITAKER, JR. and NINA BELL WHITAKER,

his wife, entered into a certain loan agreement with the

Florida Bank at Fort Pierce on the following terms and conditions,
and,
WHEREAS, said debt was secured by a certain mortgage dated

November 23, 1971 given on the following real property located
in St. Lucie County, Florida.
The N 1/2 of SW 1/4 of Section 9, Township f
37 South, Rnnge 38 East, St. Lucie County, .
Florida:
LESS any part thereof lying South or East of
the eenter line of an existing road, said cen-
ter line being described as follows: Begin at
a point 58 feet East and 93 feet South of the
North quarter corner of Section 17 in said town- '
ship and range (being also~the South quarter
corner of Section 8 in said township and range),
~ thence run easterly 2586.9 feet to a point 29.5
feet South of the Northeast corner of said
Section 17 (being also the Southeast corner of

agreed to purchase the property described in the mortgage above,
