TEMPORARY SPOIL DISPOSAL EASEMENT
THIS EASEMENT made this ay of M A'Y , 1973,
between GORDON S. NUTT, A single adult, as the Grantor, and FORT PIERCE
PORT AND AIRPORT AUTHORITY, Post Office Box 700, Fort Pierce, Florida,
as the Grantee.
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors, in consideration of the sum of
One Dollar and other valuable considerations paid, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grant unto the Grantee, its
successors and assiqns, a temporary and assignable easement and
right of way in, upon, over and across the following described land
in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Tract A- All that part of Government Lot 2, Section 36,
Township 34 South, Range 40 East, lying Westerly of
that part subdivided as Fort Pierce Shores, Revised
Flat or Unit Five, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page
36, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida

Tract B- All that part of Government Lot 3, Section 36,
Township 34 South, Range 40 East, lying Westeriy of
Atlantic Beach Boulevard and Westerly of that part
subdivided as Fort Pierce Shores, Revised Plat of
Unit 5, as recorded in Plat Book 9, Page 36, Public

~ Tract C- That part of Government Lot 4, Section 36, Township
34 Soutt}, Range 40 East, lying Westerly of Atlantic
Beach Boulevard and Northerly of the Northerly Boundary
of Fort~Pierce Inlet

Tract D- From the Section corner common to Sections 25, 26,
35 and 36, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida, run North 89°56' East, along the
south line of said Section 25, 884.35 feet; the$ce
South 0°25-'~' West, 156.5 feet; thence South 29 52'
East, 1269.8 feet; thence South 24~44' East, 819.6
feet; thence South 22°09'' East, 822.8 feet; thence
South 39°O1' West, 380.2 feet; thence South 69°55' West,
63.1 feet to a point at the Mean High Water Mark on the
easterly shore of Tuckers' Cove and the Point of Begin-
ning of the lands herein described: From the Point of
Beginning, along said Mean High Water Mark along the

thence South 8°29' West, 210.0 feet to a point on the f
northerly line of United States Government right-of-way
