and highways, public utilities, railroads and pipelines for the term
of this easement.
Location of dike and location of excavation for dike within the
easement area is subject to approval of Grantor.
Grantee agrees, so far as is reasonably possible, to restore the
lands of the Grantor~to their original condition. "
It is understood and agreed that all of the spoil removed under
the proposed Fort Pierce Harbor Maintenance dredging project shall be ~
deposited on either the tract of land covered by this easement or upon
publicly owned lands.
This easement shall expire one (1) year from the date of its
execution by Grantor, or uritil the area covered by the easement is
no longer needed to complete the project, whichever date occurs first.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Grantor has caused these presents to be
executed by him, the day and year first above written.
