BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority personally
appeared John Nicholas Hapsas, a/k/a John Nick Hapsas,
and John Hapsas, and Mary Christos Hapsas, a/k/a Mary `
Melonis Hapsas, IKary C. Napsas and Mary Hapsas, who, after
first being duly cautioned and sworn, on.oath, depose and say:
1. That the affiants are the fee title holders by
the entireties as husband and wife, of the following
property legally described, to-wit:
A. Lot 26, Block 56, SCOTT LAKE MANOR
SECTION EIGHT, according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 6S, at Page 117, of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
B. East 1/2 of the NMT 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of the
NE 1/4 of the SW I/4 in Section 31, Township
23 South, Range 35 East, lying and being in
Brevard County, also knoxn as tract i266 as
defined on Sales Map, containing I 1/4 acres,
more or less.
C. Lot 1, B2ock 438, PORT ST. LUCIE, SECTION 3,
a subdivision according to the Plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 13A of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. Affiants further state that they are married and
were named grantees in that certain xarranty deed legally
described above in Paragraph:

with the C1erk of the Circuit Court of Dade
County, Florida on the llth of March, 1959.

the Brevard County Circuit Court on Sept. 28,
