1. That he is the District Chief, Loan Administration Division, of

the United States of America, created by virtue of an Act of Congress pursuant to
Title 15, United States Code, Section 631 et aeq., as amended, and pursuart thereto
and by ~authority du]y promulgated in Volume 37, Federal Register, Section 17603,

authorized to make this affidavit for purpose herein stated, to wit. '
2. That the said Small Business Administration is the holder and
owner of that certain Promissory Note dated July 20, 1966, in the original principal ,

amount of $13,000.00, executed by Leonard A. Appel and Anna Harriet F. Appel, T~A ~

Bonded T.V. SaZes and Service, and that certain Chattel Mortgage dated July 20,
1966, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
County, Florida, on the 20th day of Ju.~y, 19b6, in OfPicisl Records Book 150, page
508, and which Chattel Mortgage was executed by the said Leonard A. Appel and Anna

Harriet F. Appel, T/A Bonded T.V. 3ales and Service. i
f 3. That the balsnce due on account of said Pranissory Note as of

~ April 30, ~973, is $3,888.00, plus interest at-the rate of 4~, per annum.
