TEMPORARY EASEMENT ~
THIS INDENTURE, made this 29th day of May, 1973,
' between the FORT PIERCE PORT AND AIRPORT AUTHORITY, hereinafter
called the Authority, arid the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, hereinafter
called the Government.
W I T N E S S E T H:

Wf~REAS, Gordon S. Nutt, A singl-e adult, granted to the ;

Authority a Temporary Easement as recorded in Official Record Book '
214 at Page 1785 , Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida

to enter upon, occupy and use any or all of the lands described
therein for the deposit of sp~il and, -
WHEREAS, the Government has requested the Authority to grant
it the use of said lands for a pipe line and disposal area for

dredging operations to be conducted by the U. S. Corps of Engineers ;

in the Fort Pierce Harbor. ~
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the benefits accruing to 3

the parties thereto the said Fort Pierce Port and Airport Authority ~
; does hereby grant.unto the United States of America, its officers,

I agents, servants and contractors the easement, right, privilege, ~

~ and authority to enter upon, occupy and use any or all of the
