northerly line of United States Government right-of-way
for Fort Pierce Inlet, said point bearing North 8°29' East,
at a distance of 18.6 feet from U.S.E.D. trianqulation
monument, "pile"; thence North 89°13'25" West, 220.0 feet;
thence North 18~52' West, 640.0 feet; thence North 22°09'
West, 205.0 feet; thence North 19~43' West, 623.0 feet,
more or less, to a point at the mean high water mark on
the easterly shore of Tucker's Cove; thence North 52°17'
East along said mean high water mark 242.5 feet; thence
continue along said mean high water mark South 39°53' East,
7 54.1 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning. ~
Containing 13.8 acres, more or less.
for a pipe line and disposal area for the dredging operation to be
conducted by the U.S. Corps of Engineers in the Fort Pierce Harbor.
