Before me, the .undersiqned authority, personally app~ared
CARRIE BILES, who being first duly sworn, did depose and say:

l. That she has personal knowledge of the facts stated
herein and this affidavit is given to induce the sale of certain
property to W. C. 8ammock.
2. That she is a single person at the present time and is
the widow of M. F. Biles who died on November 9, 1970. She and
the said M. F. Biles, a/k/a Marvin F. Biles, were husband and
wife at the time they acquired certain property in St. Lucie ~

' County, Florida, from F. P. Jones in the year 1943 and they re- ~
mained continuously husband and wife until the death of the
said M. F. Biles.
