5, page 24, of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida
STATE OF FLORIDA
COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE ~
Before me, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
WALTER R. HELLIER, JR. who, upon first being duly sworn, did
depose and say that he is the son of WALTER ROBERT HELLIER, SR.
and the late LILLIAN B. HELLIER; Affiant further says that the
family records reflect that Walter Robert Hellier, Sr. and ~
Lillian B. Hellier were married July 25, 1914 ~
and Affiant knows that such marriage was continuous and uninterrupted
until the death of Lillian B. Hellier on April 12, 1973. Affiant ~
further says that this affidavit is made for the purpose of
~
establishing as a matter of record that the title of captioned ~
~
property passed to Walter Robert Hellier, Sr. as the surviving '
spouse of a formerly held estate by the entirety.
