be caused by the Manager's own gross negligence or willful mis-
conduct. ~
The Manager may install coin operated w~shing machines
and other coin operated machines upon the condominium properties,
includinq the premises demised to the Association under said
Long Term Lease, and the proceeds received from any such installa-
tion will be the property of the Manager. It may also make
agreements with individual condominium apartment owners~to~pro-
vide services not herein specified.
The invalidity of any term or provision of this Management
Agreement, or of any part of any term or provision, will not
affect the validity of the remaining portions thereof.
