ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION

(A Condominium Owners Asaociation)

The undersigned by these Articles associate themselves
for the purpose of forming a corporation not for profit, under
Chapter 617, Florida Statutes 1971, (as amended), and certify
as follows:
ARTICLE I .
Name -
The name of the corporation will be ISLAND HOUSE OWNERS
ASSOCIATION, INC. For convenience, the corporation will be
referred to in this instrument as the Association.
ARTICLE II

2.1 The purpose for which the Association is organiz~ .•r•'
is to provide an entity pursuant to the Condominium Act, N~~ ~
Chapter 711, Florida Statutes 1971 (as amended), for the ~'O ~ ~
operation of condominium apartments to be established by o~ ~
ATLANTIC CONDOMINIUMS, INCORPORATED, a Florida corporation, ~ °
hereinafter called the Developer, upon the following lands:
Real property situate, lying and being in St. Lucie
, Courity, Florida, in Section 15, Townsh•ip 35 South,
Range 40 East, as more particularly described on
r Schedule A, attached hereto, and by this reference ~
incorporated herein. ° ~

~ It is anticipated that three (3) separate condominiums ~
will be established by the Developer upon said land. Said ~
three separate condominiums shall be denominated Island House
Condominiums, Phase I, Phase II and Phase III. Phase I shall ~
consist of four (4) condominium apartment buildings. It is
anticipated that Phase II shall consist of three (3) buildinqs
and Phase III, four (4) buildings.
2.2 The Association will make no distributions of income ~
to its members, directors or officers.
