ISLAND HOUSE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
1. IDENTITY
~ The following are By-Laws of ISLAND HOUSE OWNERS ~
ASSOCIATION, INC., hereinafter referred as "Association", a
corporation not for profit under the laws of the State of Florida, ~
the Articles of Incorporation for which having been duly filed
in the office of the Secretary of State of the State of Florida.
The Association has been organized for the purpose of operating
condominiums to be established by ATLANTIC CONDOMINIUMS, INCORPORATED, ~
a Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "Developer", ,
upon the land described in said Articles of Incorporation; `
and it is anticipated that three (3) separate condominiums, ~
denominated ISLAND HOUSE CONDOMINIUMS, Phase I, Phase II and - ~
Phase III, will be established and erected by said corporation
upon said land.
1.1 The office of the Association will be in the City
of Fort Pierce, Florida.
1.2 ~The fiscal year of the Association will be the
calendar year.
1.3 The seal of the corporation will bear the name of
the corporation, the word "Florida", the words "Corporation not
for profit" and the year of incorporation, an impression of _

2 . MEMBERS' MEETINGS ' ~~~r'`'~ ~~r~~~~ ~ -
The members of the Association will be the owners of
the apartments of said condominiums.
~ 2.1 The annual members' m~ee~ti_~n will be held at 1:30
P. M. , Eastern St- an~ar T~-on~t
ie-first Wednesday in March
of each year for the purpose of electing directors and trans- ~
acting any other business authorized to be transacted by the
members; provided, however, if that day is a legal holiday,
the meeting will be held at thz same hour on the next day that ~
is not a legal holiday. ~
2.2 S
e~p cial members' m~eeti~n
s~ will be held whenever called
by the President or y a majori"ty of the Board of Directors; and
must be called by such officers upon receipt of a written request
from members entitled to cast one-third of the votes of the entire
membership. ~ ~
