of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 a distance oE 300 feet, thence run ~
North parallel to the West line of said S 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the
SW 1/4 to the southerly right--of-way line of the Florida East
Coast Railroad, run thence northeasterZy along said FEC right-of- ~

of the Florida East Coast Railway Company by deed dated November 5,
1945 and recorded in Deed Boak 120, page 301, public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida. Said property constituting a strip of land
200 feet in width,being 100 feet on either side of the centerline
of the existing Florida East Coast Rai2road.
