. For value received, the Assignor hereby grants, transfers,
assigns and sets over to the Assignee all and singular the rents,
issues and profits derived or to be derived by the said Assignor
and its successors in interest, from or in connection with the
ownership of.its interests, whether leasehold or otherwise, in
the following described property, lying and being in St. Lucie ~

County, Florida and being specifically described on Exhibit A
which is attached hereto and by reference expressly made a part

It is understood and agreed, however, and specifically

any applicable grace period in connection with the paqment of
principal or interest or in the observance or performance of any of
the te~s and conditions of that certain mortgage and the promissory ~
