1. To the payment of interest. I

2. Any balances then remaining to be applied against other ;
obligations set forth in said renewal note and consoli- #
dated mortgage other than principal.
3. Any sum remaining to be applied to the unpaid principal
balance of the note.
4. Balance if any to be held~for the benefit of the parties,
as their interest may appear.
The Assignor dces hereby consent and agree that Assignee, ~
its successors and asaigns, may in case of default in connection with ~

the payment of the sums represented by the mortgage and the note secured ~
i
thereby, or in the observance of the other temus and conditions therein ~
contained, aud such default continues beyond any applicable grace ~

period, enter into and take possession of the property hereinabove

described, at its option; it being further understood and agreed that =
in the event the said Assi ee should exercise the said option to take ~

possession of the said property and collect the rents, that it the
said Assigaee will not be held liable for the management of said
property and/or the collection of said rents but that it will use due ~

i diligeace insofar as the operation of the property and the collection

~ of the rents are concerned.
