then run West on a line parallel to the North line of said S 1/2

North parallel to the West line of said S I/2 of the SE 1/4 of the
SW 1/4 to the southerly right-of-way line of the Florida East
Coast Railroad, run thence northeasterly along said FEC right-of-
way to a point where the same intersects a northerly extension of
the West line of said S 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4, run thence ~

Lucie County, Florida. Said property constituting a strip of land
200 feet in width,being 100 feet on either side of the centerline
of the existing Florida East Coast Railroad. s
