- The Assignor does hereby consent and agree that Assignee,
its successors and assigns, may in case of default in connection
with the payinent of the sums represented by the mortgage and the
note secured thereby, or in the observance of the other terms and
conditions therein contained, and such default continues beyond
any applicable grace period, enter into and take possession of the
property described in attached Exhfbit A, at its election, it
. being further understood and agreed that in the event the said
Assignee should exercise the said election to take possession _
of the said property, that it, the said Assignee, will not be
held Liable for the management of said property and/or the per-
formance of the covenants contained in attached Exhibit A
but that it will use due diligence insofar as the operation of _
the property and performance pursuant to the terms and conditions
of Exhibit A are concerned.
