That Cletis Childers, is an employee and representative of ~
Tropicana Products, Inc. in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida.
That on May 9, 1973 said employee made a personal inspection f
of the following described real property:
The N 1/2 of SW 1/4 of Section 9, Township
3~ South, Range 38 East, St. Lucie County,
Florida;

LESS any part thereof lying South or East of -
the center line of an existing road, said cen-
ter line being described as follows: Begin at
a point 58 feet East and 93 feet South of the
North quarter corner of Section 17 in said town-
ship and ranqe (being also the South quarter
corner of Section 8 in said tawnship and range), -
thence run easterly 2586.9 feet to a point 29.5
feet South of the~Northeast corner of said
Section 17 (being also the Southeast corner of
said Section 8 and the South~est corner of said
Section 9), thence continue Easterly 2651.05 ~
feet to a point 39 feet West and 36.5 feet ~
North of the North quarter corner of Section
16 in said township and range (being also the
South quarter corner of said Section 9),
thence turn and run Northerly 5302.85 feet to !

said corner being in the center line of said ~

That this inspection revealed that the above described real

property is located in what is described as Block-27 and that ;
the Tropicana cont=act with Whitaker Groves, Inc.; as recorded
in Official Record Book 186 at page 1724 of the public records
of St. Lucie County, FZorida and as modified by an addendum as ~
recorded in Official Record Book 186 at page 1726, does not apply
to any fruit grown on trees located in the above described real
property and further affiant sayeth not.
