~ MORTGAGS NOTE
$48,300.00 Fort Pierce. Florida

` FOR VALUE RECEIVED, I promise to pay to the order of W. H.
DULMAGE, the principal sum of FORTY EIGHT THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS,
($48,300.00), with interest from date at the rate of SEVEN AND ONE-HALF
per centum (7 1/2%) per annum on the unpaid balance until paid. The said
principal and interest shall be payable at 630 Pilot Road, North Palm
Beach, Florida, or such other place as the holder hereof may designate
in writing, in FIVE (5) annual installments of $ 9660.00 PLUS INTEREST ,
commencing on the 29th day of May, 1974, and on the same day of each
succeeding year~thereafter until principal and interest are fully paid.

In the event of the continuation of any default in the payment
of any installment of the principal hereof, or interest hereon, for a
period of Fifteen (15) days, the holder hereof may elect to declare, and
dec].are -the er~tire unpaid amount hereof, and the interest then accrued,
immediately due and payable.
The maker and endorser of this note further agrees to waive
demand, notice of non-payment and protest, and in case suit shall be
' brought for the collection hereof, or the same has to be collected upon ~
demand of an attorney, to pay all costs of collection, including ~
reasonable attorney's fees for making such collection. ~
When in default, this obligation shall bear interest at the ~
rate of Eight per centum (S%) per annum in lieu of the rate hereinabove
specified. -
This note is secured by a mortgage of even date herewith, and
in the same principal amount as herein stated, encumbering real estate
situate in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida.
