Jones and Willie D. Jones to D. R. Garner and Una V. Garner, who were Husband and Wife, which mortqage is~recorded in Mortgage 8ook 158 at Paqe 930 of the St. ; Lucie County Public Records, and was in the original amoui~t of ~ $2,450.00 and the said Clerk is further directed to satisfy that mortqage by Edward H. Jones and Willie Dean Jones to Una V. Garner which mortgaqe was recorded September 25, 1963, in O. R. Book 71 at Page 228 in the original amount of $4,886.37, which mortgage is also recorded in the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. The Clerk is further directed to satisfy that certain mortgage from Edward H. Jones and Willie D. ~ones to Louis W. LaClair d/b/a Aluminum Products Company of Fort Pierce, which mortgage was recorded , in O. R. Book 48 at Page 118 of the St. Lucie County Public Records, ~ i said mortgage being assigned by Louis W. LaClair to Consumers Finance Corporation of America, and assigned by Consumers Finance Corporation of America to the undersigned, Una V. Garner, by instrument recorded in O. R. Book 112 at Page 15. - i Al1 three of the above mortgages are paid in fuZl, and should be satisfied by the Clerk, and the undersigned acknowledges full ! payment of all swns due under the above three mortqages which affect the following real property in St. Lucie County, Florida: Lot 9, Block 2, FAIRLAWN SUBDIVISTON, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 6, Page 5 of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. The undersigned further states that she was the wife of D. R. ~ ! Garner on August 1, 1959, and that that marriage was continuous until F t ~ the death of D. R. Garner, who died on March 11, 1962, and his death certificate is recorded in O. R. Book 34 at Page 6 of the St. Lucie County Public Records. D. R. Garner and Una V. Garner were husband ; and wife continuously from the date of the first mortgage until the ~ date of his death and said marriage relationship continued until the time of the death of D. R. Garner.
