. MORTGAGE DEED
THIS MORTGAGB DEED executed on the 12th day of February,
A.D. 1973, by TASIS, a Joint Venture between N. A. HARDIN, indi-
vidually, and HARRISON LAND DEVELOPMENT, INC., a Florida corporation,
having its principal place of business at 8700 Lake Dasha Drive,
Fort Lauderdale, Florida, party of the first part, hereinafter called
the Mortqaqor, to REGINA K. BISHOP, a widow and unmarried w~oman,
O=ange Avenue Extension, Fort Pierce, 33450, of the County of St.
Lucie and State of Florida, party of the second part, hereinafter
called the Mortgagee,
WITNESSETH, That for divers good and valuable considerations,
and also in consideration of the aggregate sum named in the promissory
note of even date herewith, hereinafter described and set forth, the
said Mortgaqor, for itself, its successors, the heirs, legal represen-
tatives, successors and essigns of its joint adventurers, does grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the
said Mortgagee, in fee simple, all the certain tract of land, of
which the said Mortgagor is now seized and possessed, and in actual
possession, situate in St. Lucie County, State of Florida, described
i as follows:
~ The West 3/4 of the South 1/2 of the NE 1/4
~ of Section 11, Township 35 South, Range 39
East, LESS AND EXCEPTING THEREFROM the right-
. of-way for State Road No. 68 and, also, the
right-of-way for the existing drainage canals
of the North St. Lucie River Drainage District,
being sixty (60) acres, more or less; and LESS
AND EXCE~TING from the total thereof the Westerly
most 13.9 acres.
THIS IS A PURCHASE MONEY MORTGAGE.
