shall be contiguous and made in the same order as
provided in sub-paragraph 8(a) above.
(6) Upon the complete payment of all~sums due in

hereby, any remaining certificates of deposit and/or
' monies held by the St. Lucie County Bank will be returned
to Mortgagor, for itself, its successors, the heirs,
legal representatives, successors and assigns of its
joint adventurers, and Mortgagee, her heirs and assigns
shall execute and deliver to Mortgagor~its successors
and assigns~proper instruments satisfying and releasing
this document.
