s~did, within the time prescribed by law, elect to take a dower interest
in the above described property. Because of the nature of the so~e
asset of the estate there is no necessity for the appointment of
commissioners to set off dower. That, as set out below, Mary Josephine
Peterson is entitled to a one-third undivided interest in the property
described in paragraph 3. above free and clear of any debts of the
estate and of expenses of administration and other obligations of the
decedent and his estate.
It is thereiore, CONSIDERED, ORDERED and ADJUDGED by the Court, in a~cordance wiih the prayer
