WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the 1?th day of A ril , 1973. ~

BLOODWORTH and ELAINE W. BLOODWORTH, his wife; and LILLIE O. BLOODWORTH, ~
a single adult, hereinafter called the Grantor, to MACK M, JORDAN
and EVA J. JORDAN, his wife,

hereinafter called the Grantee:
• WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and~in consideration of
the sum of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, re-
mises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee, all that
certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:
All of Lots 19, 20 and 21 and that part of Lot 22 lying West of a line
parallel with and 4? feet easterly of, as measured at right angles to,
the line dividing said Lots 21 and 22; TOP OF WALTON, a subdivision,
according to a p lat thereof recorded in Plat 8ook page 1 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances
thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining. ~

~ AND the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee that the
~ Grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple; that the 1
~ Grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said
land; that the grantor hereby fully warrants the title to said land
and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances, except
taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 1972.
